Christina Currie has spent more than 23 years orchestrating stylish celebrations for hundreds of clients. In 2004, she established her business and since then has produced over 800 spectacular events from fundraisers, weddings, and social events. As owner, she meticulously coordinates all the details from the first meeting to the evening’s final toast. Christina and her team of professionals collaborate to ensure the success of your event.
Christina believes in giving back to her community; the same community that has been there for her family. She was a founding member the BACC Women’s Biz Net and served on the board from 2006-2015.
From 2010-2013 she served on the board for Wish Upon A Wedding; from 2015 to present Christina has been serving on the Leadership board with WINGS, a women’s shelter and The Fifth Season, a fight against Batten Disease; from 2011, she has served on Hands of Hope, an organization that gives back to women and children, in Africa.
In 2015, Christina was honored with in the 18th Annual Influential Women in Business. She was also honored with the prestigious Athena International Women’s Leadership Award.

Masumi Amin’s attention to detail drives her passion for design. As an event designer for Christina Currie Events, she pays close attention to transforming each client’s vision into reality. She expands on her degree in interior design to create technical space plans and inspiring color stories and concept boards.
Masumi’s aesthetic eye carries through all aspects of your celebration from initial client meetings to design development, print and implementation of your special event. She recently served on the USS Illinois Commissioning Committee and worked closely with the crew and Captain to execute various events for the USS Illinois such as fundraisers and committee and sailor appreciation parties.
In addition, as a seasoned planner for Indian Weddings, Masumi produces memorable events that have 600 + guests both throughout the US and destination. Here in Chicago-land she is the co-founder of Ameya Performing Arts, a Bollywood dance troupe committed to bringing the vibrance, energy and grace of Indian dance to the audiences of the Chicagoland area. Nicole Tardif brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications to the Christina Currie Events team. As Creative Marketing Manager for Christina Currie Events, Nicole drives the brand through social media, e-communications and print media. Her creative writing and promotional marketing skills are motivated by her desire to exceed clients’ expectations. She pays close attention to detail, and focuses on the unique highlights of each event.
Nicole graduated UW-Madison in 2007, with a degree in Family and Consumer Communications. During her professional career in advertising and hospitality, she developed a framework for her expertise in online marketing. From website management to mastering social media platforms, Nicole specializes in speaking to consumers. She understands what sparks their interests and meets their needs.
Nicole has a passion for seafood, chocolate and group fitness classes. Her greatest joy is singing and dancing with her daughter at community music and gym classes. She also loves watching movies and date nights out with her husband.
