Color palettes set the tone for any celebration, and black and white have traditionally been associated with classic and formal events. However, with the right combination of decor and simplicity of collateral, any color can make a bold statement. For example, CCE assisted with a fortieth birthday dinner, focusing on shades of pink for the formal affair. The table was lined with arrangements of deep pink roses, setting a romantic and elegant tone for the meal. Soft pinks bedazzled with gold glitter lined the menus and escort cards, offering a fancy yet classy mood. Rose colored champagne bottles complimented each place setting for a welcoming and regal feel. Votives with flickering 
candles were strategically spaced in between the roses to highlight the sparkle of the menus, cocktail napkins and pink and gold splashed table runner. The low lights of the private room were brightened by the pink accents seen throughout the decor. Magenta balloons stood on either side of the feasting table, a light and airy addition to the space. The mix between light and dark shades of pink were the perfect tones to dress this special event. We encourage you to think about what colors inspire you and challenge you to use them unconventionally.
