What to do when a bride asks you for a “bohemian wedding?” With weddings getting more and more creative in recent years, we were so excited to be asked to help plan something completely different than anything we’ve done before! I mean, come ON! A bohemian wedding is a planner’s dream – talk about some interesting details.
This weekend, we will join Christina and Esh as they exchange their vows on a horse farm in the Barrington area. They’re using little to no décor, minimal floral, and are creating a dinner party atmosphere for their 35 guests.
Our clients were very passionate about keeping the event as organic as possible. Most of the work involved cutting down the grass for a ceremony site and parking, as well as creating a intimate dining space (feasting table) and a casual, self-serve bar. With aged farm tables and burlap details, this will prove to be such a lovely day! We look forward to see the seasonal wildflowers provided by the florist to keep the bohemian feel throughout all aspects of this beautiful wedding.
